"On Thursday, 1/23/25, I called and spoke with Cathy, Catherine Escobar at Robert Knox’s State Farm insurance office, and asked her to help me get insurance on my Kubota RTV 1140, and I explained I needed to get it covered quickly in order to register it in Matagorda county the next day, my first week day off in a long time. She was ready to help but needed some info on the RTV before we could proceed and Since I was driving at the time of the call I asked her to text me the information needed and I would get it back to her ASAP. That evening I sent her the information but their office was already closed. The next morning she called me back to get a couple of bits of info to complete the application, while I was in route to Bay city. After several more back and forth she was able to get me what I needed, only to find out, when the got to the Bay City tax office to get this done, that the office was closed because the computers were all down. I called Cathy back to tell her that and we both had a good laugh. This kind of effort to help customers has become more and more rare. Cathy went above and beyond to help me with my request, even if for naught, with a cheerful, sweet and a go getter attitude. I’ve been with Knox insurance for a years, and will continue as long as people like Cathy work for him. Two Thumbs up, 5 Stars…etc. Joe Kubena"
